If you want to have a formative hand in shaping the future, you have to understand the present and learn from the past.

    Breitlacherstraße

B92 is a two-winged office building next to the Rödelheim suburban railway station located just a few minutes' ride from downtown Frankfurt.

Set in a clearly structured five-storey façade with high windows, the building's main entrance faces west. This portal leads to an imposing foyer that is also accessible from an underground car park with 86 parking spaces. Its multipurpose, 3.15 m ceilinged office space may be customized for a variety of uses. The flexible interior layout is limited only by two fixed dimensions — rooms are 5 m deep and the unit spacing is 1.35 m. The technical appointments are of premium quality, as is the end-to-end soundproofing and energy-saving design. Unlike many office buildings' sealed windows, the B92's windows open to allow fresh air to circulate for a better indoor climate. The building offers more than 700 m² meters of common areas alongside its 6,000+ m² of office space.

Architecture is one of the fine arts. Our planning office attaches great value to the role of art in the public domain. This commitment is expressed not only in our efforts to preserve, restore and revitalize buildings of historic and architectural value. We also afford access to works of contemporary art at public places that are open to everyone. In some cases, works of art are acquired for the purpose of displaying them in or near suitable buildings for a wider audience to behold. In others, prominent artists are commissioned to handle the entire creative process from the inceptive design to its implementation.
